Zombieland is a film that has triggered my mind to think how it really feels to be in that world of zombies. Will I be scared of it. Well, not a bit but somehow I was.
Living in a world surrounded by zombies doesn’t sound entertaining-but in Zombieland it is! The movie revolves around four main characters; Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson), Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg), Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin) who end up working as a team to find a place where the “infection” hasn’t spread. This movie had me either laughing till I almost cried or squinting my eyes from the gruesome blood splattering throughout the entire movie.
Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) does a great performance at being the phobia-ridden geek but is still able to survive in a world full of zombies. When he meets up with Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) they seem to be complete opposites, in looks and masculinity. However once they team up, they appear to become a comedic duo without them even realizing it. The movie really begins to take off once Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin) come into the picture. As time passes the four characters become family and begin to form connections with each other, making the group likable and fun to watch.
To rate this, Zombieland is film that will be known for it’s comedic scenes on the case of a zombie outbreak on our earth. It has taught to be entertained with the little things, not to over act in times of stress and that as humans we must enjoy our lives to the fullest before it gets too late. It has brought a smile to us. And as more films will be created, hoping that this kind will be agan on the scene.
